Where has this year gone?! I can’t believe are are under 2 weeks until christmas! The last month for us has been a blur; we are currently in a temporary apartment while we wait to close on our house; we are off to Virginia for christmas and then when we return we hope it will be to our new house (assuming Greg receive his social security number before Goodyear close for the holidays!). The apartment has been nice; its a little far from school at 45 minutes each way and around 30 minutes from work; but once our air freight arrived we were all set and as its fully furnished we have got along just fine. Before we left England I made lots of christmas cards so I’m aiming to stop in every few days to share one with you; now we have a routine I do get a few hours during the day at home with everyone at work or school and Tilly sits next to me munching her advent calendar and pancakes!
Today I am going to share with you a fun Christmas card that was so easy with the bear and the matching framelits.
I love him so much; he was called Boris in our house! The sentiment is embossed in the emerald envy glitter powder in the holiday catalog; I used the crumb cake tone-on-tone for the background. I have been trying to think what \i stamped him in but I really can’t remember it was a lighter brown on the crumb cake card stock; his jumper is real red and (I think) garden green or old olive. please forgive me I made these quite a while ago now but in the whirlwind of the move never got to blog them for you and they are now sat in our container! The bow is using the bow punch on a strip of the holiday DSP; I also hung a little bell from the bow so he jingles everywhere he goes!
As ever thanks for stopping by and I hope to be creating with you again very soon!
