Hi Hollowers,
Today I want to share two more parts of our behind the scenes of creating Greg’s dream deck of having an outdoor lounge space. The other day I shared a paint pour video of how I created these paint pours behind us:
If you miss the video you can catch up on it here:
Here’s a list of everything I used: (affiliate links may be used at no cost to you)
I also want to share some other transformations that I created. I wanted some WOW! pieces for my decor; but being on a tight budget I needed to DIY them. So I went through local thrift stores, flea markets and Goodwill stores and had some great finds. I coat of neon pink and gold spray paint and you will be amazed the difference a charge of color makes!
Can you believe how easy those gold paint pots were too! The one rule to take away is not to just a book by its cover. Look at the shape or the textures and think how a change of color would change something up. The pineapple turned out fab, so did then pink vase and my gold leaf bowl; I just love them all! I like the Rustoleum spray paint too, it gives nice even coverage and that Wagner spray tent made the process so much easier and of course help on such a rainy day!
What was your favorite transformation? I’d love for you to leave me comment and let me know!
Tomorrow I have even more details and transformations, so be sure to drop by and see more of the deck process.
Happy Crafting
