I love to start making Christmas tags around this time of year. The November box has so many great stamps and stencils that work beautifully for gift tags of various sizes!
I loved the stamps and stencils in this kit! Those little snowflake stamps have been used on at least 6 projects I’ve made since receiving the kit!
I used some manilla tags from Maker Forte as the base for my tags. I heat embossed the little snowflakes in white and ink blended Everglades and Telephone Box Color Hive inks over the cards.
You can see that I used the snowmen and the hot cocoa cups. The snowbank is simply cut from a piece of scrap paper and glued to the base of the tag. The snowman and cup are attached with foam tape.
I added some black and white splatter to my background as well. I love the splatter detail and it is so easy to do. If you don’t dare to do the splatter, Maker Forte has splatter stamps that take the risk out of free handing the splatter!
My third tags uses Deco Foil Transfer Gel Duo with the Let it Snow stencil. I gave it an hour to dry then added the foil with my die cutting machine. You can see this in my video below.
I ink blended Chipped Sapphire, Blueprint Sketch and Salty Ocean distress oxide inks over the top to finish the card.
Thank you so much for stopping by ! You can find more of my ideas and inspiration at Stamping Imperfection.
