Cricut & Infusible Ink – Crafting Kindness with Cricut
Hi Hollowers!
Today I am super excited as I am going on Cleveland 19’s morning show Sunny Side this morning. I am going to be sharing how I am giving back with my crafting by making bags with my Cricut Maker and Infusible Ink. I can’t wait to share how well they turned out and I will update this post with a link to the segment once it’s aired and some pictures of course!
I also wanted to share some ways you can get involved too; you can create these bags and give them out or donate them with RAK (random acts of kindness); to help I am giving away a Cricut Maker, EasyPress 2 and Infusible Ink bundle over on my social; you can enter on Facebook & Instagram; we will combine the entries to pick a winner!
I also want to share a list of top 10 items that food banks need:
- Canned meat & chili
- Canned vegetables
- Canned fruit
- Pasta sauce
- Non-perishable snack items for children (i.e. granola bars, juice boxes, applesauce)
- Macaroni & Cheese
- Low-sugar cereals
- Peanut Butter
- Instant Oatmeal
- Toothbrush & toothpaste
To find a food bank near you click here to search.
I can’t wait to share more very soon!
Happy Crafting
Alexandra & The Prickle
Just went shopping for Food Pantry this weekend. I kn0w there are needs everywhere.
Alexandra what an awesome idea!!!! If I had a Cricut Maker I would so do that!! We have so many homeless people in our area and with winter here, what a great way to put gloves, scarves, socks hand warmers, snacks in … I could still do it, but it would be great to put a heartfelt message on the bag for them. Thank you for sharing this wonderful idea!!
