I have showed you lots of ways that I have integrated the products Deflecto sent me into my craft room and house as a whole. If you haven’t seen them you can see my pen storage here and the caddies in this video with a couple of options. Today I am taking an acrylic frame with a black edge to create a magnet, dry erase board. These frames are so versatile, let’s have a look at what I created…
I added some vinyl to the front of magnetic paper and slid that inside the frame. I cut letters out of glitter purple vinyl and added those to the top, you can also just use it as a dry erase all over as in the picture below. You could customize the colors and level of glitter depending on the recipient or add themed scrapbook paper rather than vinyl for more personalization or holiday options!
You can see the pen storage in the Deflecto X-Divider; it’s so handy, plus they stack to expand! I love how versatile this is, plus how useful it has been since going back to school. I made the emoji’s too (with a little help from Mr HH); we cut them out from the lawn fawn yardstick rainbow sampler using the new Emoji dies from Sizzix and then layered them up using Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive. We attached them to some magnets using glue dots. I have linked everything up below. Here’s a close up of the magnets, I made some extra’s for Maddi to use in her locker; the Tim Holtz ink cube tins we perfect for storage and transportation!
Here’s all the supplies I used plus a great bundle on the Silhouette 3 that I recently purchased…
Thanks so much for stopping by today, we have lots more tutorials coming up later in the week plus a YouTube live at 11.30am EST on Big Shot sandwiches.
