This month’s subscription box was packed with goodies that I couldn’t resist using in a scrapbook layout! I created a layout for the BBQ that I will be having next Saturday.

The layering stencils in this kit were so fun, I used one of the layering stencils to add some background to my white 12 x12″ paper. I didn’t match my ink to the ephemera bits because I couldn’t resist using the Pitstop Pink ink from Maker Forte for those watermelons. You can also see that I added lots of ink splatter.

My layout uses several of the ephemera bits to decorate my page, along with some puffy star stickers from my stash.

The papers had such fun colors and patterns that are just perfect to pair together to layer under your summer fun photos.

I loved the Grillin & Chillin sentiment, so I pulled some letter stickers out of my stash and created a large title for my page. There There is lots of white space to add some journaling to the page when I have the photos added. I can document the story of our summer bbq.
