Hello! It’s Kari here with a Geo Jungle card using the Geo Zoo stamp set. I love the geometric animals in this set, and to change it up a bit, I took a couple of those animals to create a jungle look.
I first chose the elephant and the giraffe and colored them up with prismacolor pencils. Then I fussy cut them out and set them aside.
For sake of making a quick card, I took my new favorite leaf stencil and inked it directly onto the 110# card base. I used Mowed Lawn and Peacock Feathers Distress inks, making it a bit lighter in the center area. I used a blending brush for this, making it so easy!
I stamped the large “Kind” stamp and added “one of a kind” just over the top of it. Then I glued on the Jungle Animals with liquid adhesive.
I finished it all off with some green sequins. And that’s it!
I have to admit, this was a simple card to put together, and I did play around with adding some die cut leaves to the card. But in the end I kept it nice and simple.
I hope you enjoyed this jungle card today! I’ll be back soon with more card inspiration.
