Hi Hollowers!
What a busy time it is at the Hollow! I am currently in England having go to the Stitches show as well as catching up with friends and family. As I type I am sitting in Greg’s parent beautiful 500 year old in a real farmhouse kitchen, warming up in front of the Aga. Whilst it’s nice to be back it no longer feels like home; I have been having a lovely chit chat with my Mother-In-Law whom I adore while she prepares dinner.
Today I am sharing a card I made with a Hero Arts set, I had lots of doubts about this card as it came together but my nuvo drops really were the finishing touch that made this card sing…
I have had this set sitting in my stash for a while and I love how it came out, It’s super simple which is the best part and a great masculine card, and there’s a nice set of sentiments in the set which you can buy either as a stand alone or with the dies and inks. Let’s take a look at the video…
I think those drops really do like water he is swimming through; here is a complete supply list for you (affiliate links used where possible at no cost to you)…
Thanks so much for stopping by, I can’t wait to share our first box with you all, Lawn Fawn goodies are due to land with us tomorrow and Kelly will be spending the weekend trying to turn them around, I will be helping from Sunday once I am back too. We estimate shipping to being Monday/Tuesday! I also have a Little Darling Rubber Stamp Tutorial coming up and another The Crafters Workshop tutorial too.
Have a wonderful rest of the week.
Will your mother in law allow you to take pictures of their home? Sounds absolutely picturesque. I have always wanted to go to England. It’s on my bucket list.
It seems unreal that someone is living in a 500 year old home! I, too, would love to see pictures. Not sure what an Aga is, but I love a cozy kitchen! Can’t wait for my HH box!
Hi Alexandra, I’ve missed you. So happy you are fine and just away. I love this turtle card and the water does look very realistic and wet! The colors are fabulous too.
🙂
