Hello! It’s Kari with a Grillin’ Ephemera Card today! Did you see all that ephemera in the August kit?! You could probably make at least 10 cards with just the ephemera and papers. Today I am using that ephemera with some papers for a delicious card. Well, the ants showed up!

I chose the shish kabob and hot dog, the spatula and the baster brush for this ephemera on this card. The papers are all so great for grilling or picnic cards, too! I chose a red gingham and green polka dot paper and cut them down to fit an A2 size card. The green polka dot paper was cut to a strip.

I die cut a circle from white cardstock, and one circle just larger than that from the black gingham patterned paper. On the white circle I stamped the sentiment “Grillin and Chillin” in red ink. Then I stamped the ants in black ink on either side of the sentiment.

After adhering most of the elements with liquid adhesive, I used some foam to pop up the food ephemera that was on the top. I added a few black gems to finish it all off.

I hope you enjoyed this project today! If you have this kit, I would love to see your projects! It’s a fun one. Until next time, keep on crafting!
