Hi Hollowers!

I’m so excited to be able to share a great new release from La-La Land Crafts; I have a tutorial today and I will also be guest hopping with the La-La Land Crafts team next week its another project.  This release sees some great new stamp sets as well as some amazing background sets.  In today’s video I use the new polka dot background called Hello Lovely.  Next week I will be using a more rustic themed set, but I love them all!  Here’s todays project…

La-La Land Crafts provided me with some product to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own.

Aren’t they the cutest little critters?! You know when you get a stamp set and you instantly have an idea how to use it? This was one of those sets, I really wanted to emphasize their long necks and make a funny card.  I also love how masking can bring your stamps to life and make the same stamp look different, all three giraffes look different, the coloring gave them each a personality but it’s still the same stamp just exposing different parts.  If you are new to the Hollow, firstly welcome! We always have full youtube tutorials on how to make the projects…

I hope you enjoyed the tutorial, I have found a new passion for masking again, firstly my scan n cut makes it super easy to do and secondly the new LDRS mask paper is a nice thickness that the SnC can work with, eclipse paper was great but it was always flimsy and being on a roll it curled up easily.  There have been sheets come out more recently, but this is the thickest I have found and the quality for reusability is excellent! Now I have a complete supply list for you to create your own heads up card….(affiliate links may be used at no cost to you)

Thanks so much for joining me today for this new release, I’ve actually had these stamps a little while and I have been dying to get them inky, so this was a really fun project to make for you all.
