Hi Hollowers!

Thank you for all your wonderful comments on our live video about this months box; I am truly thrilled with everything, especially having my own stamp and die set in there! Today I have a video that’s been on my board for a while, every time you request a video we pop it on our board and try to work through them; so if you have something you’d like to see, be sure to leave a comment below.

Today’s comparison is all about glue inks; we’ve come a long way since versa mark or heat embossing pigment inks was our only option.  We have lots of options these days and it’s hard to know which to choose, let’s take a look at the video and then I will sum up my thoughts and preferences…

WOW! provided me with some product to create this video. The opinions I share are solely my own.

I hope you found that useful, overall my preference is the Nuvo, I like the amount of sponge in the pad and I find the ink to be good quality.  However, there’s not a huge difference between the Nuvo and the Altenew pads, the Altenew is a little harder on the surface but I would say the glue ink is of similar quality; I also really like the embossing pen from Nuvo.  I have never been a fan of the Ranger pad or pen so much.  I’m not a huge versa mark fan, I never have been but at one time it was the only option so I found ways to make it work for me.  I also like the WOW! pad, I LOVE how long the ink remains tacky for and it’s a great all round pad, between nuvo, altenew and wow it really is down to personal preference.  Here are the links to each pad, the stamp set, powder tool, paper and the embossing powder used in the video (affiliate links used at no cost to you)…

Thanks so much for joining me today, there’s so much going on here at the Hollow, we have lots of new releases and videos on the way so stay tuned!
