Hello, Kari here today with a fun Halloween card using the September Hedgehog Hollow Kit. I LOVE this kit: its filled with so much Halloween goodness. Today I’m using the potion bottles stencil and adding a few stamps to make it come alive!

Watch my video below or on YouTube:

For this card, I started off with the bottles stencil, I stenciled the largest one in the center, and the two smaller bottles on either side of that one using Icy Mist Color Hive Ink. Then I added the potions inside…using Sugar Plum ink on the middle bottle, and Cotswold Green ink on the two other bottles.

For the bubbles, I used Snow Flurries white pigment ink for the center one and simply added a darker Cotswold Green ink to the bubbles for the other bottles, turning and mixing up where I put the bubbles on each bottle.

I stenciled on the “Cork toppers” for each bottle using Flat White Color Hive ink, and added some dots with a Copic marker. I stamped the sentiment and the magic wand with Black ink, and stamped the bat on a separate piece of cardstock. He looks so cute colored up with purple shades in Copic marker!! Then I fussy cut him out and popped him up with foam tape.

I colored in the wand with the same brown Copic marker as the dots on the cork toppers. Then I added some English Mustard ink in the center of the magic wand starburst. I finished it off with a little Stardust Stickles on the wand and the bubbles of the potions.

The mat frame is one of the darker papers in the paper pack that comes in the kit.

I hope you enjoyed this project today! I have put together the supplies I used below, using affiliate links when possible. If you purchase using one of my links I may receive a small commission (at no additional cost to you). Thank you SO MUCH for using my links!
