Hello! It’s Kari V. here again with an interactive card! This October Kit is so fun, with lots of possibilities for interactive cards. Today I am sharing a video with some tips on using the interactive die with some of the holiday stamp sets.
This card features Santa in the chimney, and his helper Elf jumping up to hand him some presents for delivery!
This interactive die is pretty awesome. In my video I share some tricks for making it work the best for your cards. Watch it below or on YouTube:
For this card I used the interactive die and the stencil, along with some of the fun Christmas stamps in the kit. I colored up the images with Copic markers, then fussy cut them out.
Then I inked up the background with Distress Oxide inks. They blend so easily together with the new domed blending tool (my new favorite)! I stamped the reindeer with black ink, added a few Glacier paste snowflakes with the stencil, and some snowflake dots with a white gel pen.
I put the interactive dial together with the other moving pieces and added all the images. This is so much easier to show you in a video, so I hope you will take a look.
Thanks for stopping by! I’ll be back with more inspiration real soon!
