Hello! It’s Jill from Jill Cameron Creations. Today I’m sharing how to make your own Turnabout stamp. It’s really easy and this process can be done with any similar sized stamps. Let’s check it out.

How to make your own Turnabout Stamp

This is so easy! I have tons of Turnabout stamps from Concord & 9th. They make quick backgrounds and are fun to use. The first thing I did was to pick out a Turnabout stamp that had similar sized images as the cute faces stamp set from The Hedgehog Hollow.

Next, I placed the Concord & 9th Turnabout stamp in my MISTI as if I were going to stamp with it. Then, I placed the face stamps over each of the images on the Turnabout stamp. I carefully closed the lid to my MISTI and picked up all of the stamps. The large Turnabout stamp will probably be stuck to the smaller stamps but it’ll peel off very easily.

Next, I stamped the face stamps to test for placement. I needed to see if any of the stamps were overlapping. A few of them were so I just adjusted the placement and stamped everything again to make sure everything was good.

Finally, I stamped the background in four different colors on a 6″ x 6″ piece of cardstock. I trimmed it down to 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ and added a sentiment and some washi tape.

I hope you enjoyed this simple card and hope you give it try!
