Hi Krafty Friends, I’m back up on the blog today with the fun filled November Subscription Box. This week I used the “Believe Stencil” included.

First, I sprayed the “believe” stencil with Pixie Spray and let it sit for a minute before pressing it down onto the slimline paper (3″ x 8.5″) included in the Subscription Box. I used purple tape to cover up the parts of the stencil I didn’t want to use yet. I then inked the stencil with Chipped Sapphire Oxide Ink. Next, I used a light hand and blended the same ink all over the card panel to tone down the stark white appearance.

Next, I pulled out “Marshmallow Paste” from Maker Forte. What fun!! I applied the paste with a Nuvo Spatula, a little goes a long way.

I then heat set the paste, this is where the magic happens! Depending on how long you heat the paste, is how much Marshmallow poof you get.

I wanted a lot of dimension, so I applied the heat tool for a while. It was super fun to watch it rise and expand. Next, I cut a glittery silver cardstock with Trinity Stamps Scalloped Die. I cut just a bit off the bottom panel of the card to fit onto the frame.

Putting together the cards background, I picked three patterns from the 6 x 6 winter cardstock pad in the Subscription Box. I cut them into 3.75″ x 2.75″ pieces, and then adhered them to a 9″ x 4″ card panel. I lightly blended Chipped Sapphire over the whole panel.

I then used the same stencil and added a few of the sparkles in silver ink, I stamped a few snowflakes, and added a few silver glitter dots from my stash.

There are so many possibilities with the “Marshmallow Paste,” I’m seeing gnome beards in my future! I really love this months box and I’m having so much fun with all the different possibilities. I will see you next week with another one! Thanks for stopping in and keep krafting!
