Today I am excited to share with you the new unit Mr HH chose for me and it is working out so well! Its a wire shelving unit which granted doesn’t sound all that exciting; however, it’s such easy to wheel around when I get the fancy to change the room layout! It also stores a huge amount of stamps! They are so useful I already have two and am already planning a third! They allow come in lots of sizes, depth and configurations, including a corner unit; so no matter what your space there will be an option that fits. Let’s have a look at all the stamping glory…
As I mentioned I already have another of these in the corridor, I have more of the plastic tubs you see above plus boxes of carsick pre-cuts from the fed-ex store, I have some larger tubs containing extra Misti’s, my Minc as well my vinyl buckets and silhouette machine. I filmed a quick video to show you the layout of the unit and how I store all of my stamps and dies….
Here is a close up picture of my Waffle Flower tote in all it’s yellow glory!
Plus here is a bit of an arty shot of all the totes, but I liked it so much I had to include it!
I have linked everything up for you below, including the shelving, totes, storage pockets and my labeler. You will notice I don’t use white yardstick in my pockets like many stompers; I keep the packaging card that comes with the set and slide that in, I find it’s easier to find what I’m looking for at a glance, plus I love the bright colors! I also linked up the big rolls of magnet I buy and cut down for my dies…
Finally, here’s all my totes in alphabetical order in case you want a similar system, as I said in the video themes might make more sense for you, eg. Christmas, sentiments, flowers, holidays, etc. The great thing about this system is it’s easy to expand if you had a whole tote of holidays you could easily siphon off the largest section eg. Easter and give that its own tote. You may prefer brands, like me if you are on design teams or blog.
