Take a look:
I decided to go with a simple one layer design. I wanted to do a no-line coloring so I started out by stamping the floral image in a light ink that won’t show once I color over it. Then, I used copic markers to color in the flowers. This time I used purple for the blooms along with some green for the leaves.
The important thing with no-line coloring is to make sure you make the shadows really visible. This helps our eyes to understand the image better and see all the details.
Once the image was colored in, I added some details with white gel pen. I like to do this because it gives some more datails to the images.
Then, I took a black marker and draw in a line around the edge. I left around 1/2 of an inch border and I made sure I didn’t draw the line over the flowers.
Then, I stamped out the sentiment and I used ‘Deepest sympathies’ saying since even though I hate making sympathy cards, we need to send them out sometimes.
Thank you so much for joining me!
