Hi Hollowers!
Sorry for the long summer pause; it wasn’t intended but so much has been happening with school holidays and some exciting happening that I can hopefully share with you in the next few weeks have meant the blog has been hibernating. I have still been creating and have lots to catch up on and share with you. I have also taken up a new hobby; dancing! A very good friend helps with a local dancing competition called Strictly Brackley (think strictly come dancing or dancing with the stars in the USA). It was 6 weeks intense training to perform with a ‘professional’ dancer as a ‘local hero’; we danced a Cha-Cha, quick step and foxtrot; there was a real community spirit between everyone taking part and we made the semi-finals both night and like to tell ourselves we came third! Here are a couple of pictures of the performance…
We had Maddi’s 9th birthday party with a slumber party in an afternoon; I made some amazing unicorn themed items which are on the list to share with you. I have some amazing classes scheduled that you can find on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/hedgehoghollowblog; we have a series of christmas stamp-a-stacks to support the amazing charities we are dancing for; speaking of which I am also doing Strictly Towcester and Strictly Buckingham in October; I will be sharing sponsorship, classes and ticket details with you.
School is back in and the dissertation is done, so I will be back to blogging and YouTube tutorials for you. Have you seen the amazing new holiday catalog; I have to say it was quite a shopping spree! A link is on my sidebar and lots of projects are on the way!
Thanks for sticking with us and hope you have had a fun, sunny and crafty summer.
