Hello friends! Today I am sharing a quick and easy holiday card using the stencil from the November 2019 box. I have multiple ideas for this stencil, but today I am sharing how I created this simple design. I only used two ink colors, my ink blending tools and the stencil.
I used tradition colors, but different tones, as I have a more raspberry red shade, and a dark teal color. I added my stencil to my card stock panel, and quickly blended on the two colors with my blending tools. I needed to cut the panel down, so I die cut it with a stitched rectangle die, and added my inked piece to a mat of fog card stock to really make my panel stand out from the white card base.
For my sentiment, I created a strip of the same fog card stock, as well as some pixie glitter paper, and adhered the two together with liquid glue. I stamped out my sentiment which comes from an older Altenew set, and stamped it with Storm Cloud ink. I adhered everything together with liquid glue, and this card is complete! I told you, quick and easy! I also have a video tutorial sharing how this card came together. All you need to do is click on the video below.
The supplies are listed below for reference, and as always, I will be back soon with more inspiration using the Nov 2019 box!! Until then, hope you get some crafty time!
