I used the stencil on the left as well as a sentiment from the stamp set to create this card. If you go to the YouTube video from my post on May 18th, you will see how this base was created from the wet stencil.
I used this very stencil for my crafty room wall hanging. I dropped Ken Oliver Color Burst powder in rainbow order with the stencil over watercolor paper.
After spritzing with water and removing the stencil, I had plenty of color left, so I flipped it over and made a print on a second piece of watercolor paper to use for this card. A great two-fer!
I created the banner using Color Burst Powder on watercolor paper. The sentiment (which is true, I am messy) was heat embossed with white embossing powder and popped up on the front of the card. A few blingy things completed the look!
