Hey friends! It’s Victoria and I am back with two super cute cards using the Food with Personality Stamp Set and Stencil! This stamp set is part of the Hedgehog Hollow July 2020 Subscription Box.

For this project you will need:

  • 4.25 x 5.5 inch white card based
  • 4.25 x 5.x inch white card stock panel (Optional: For a layered effect, consider using layering dies – square, circle, or rectangle)
  • Black stamping ink
  • Coordinating stamping inks or Distress Ink for color blending
  • Food with Personality Stamp Set
  • Sunburst Stencil
  • Alcohol Markers (or another coloring tool, marker, pencil, etc.)
  • Optional: Sequin or gems

To begin, stamp and color the food images of your choice using black ink and a coloring tool (i.e. alcohol markers, color pencils, etc.). For my project, I selected the taco and avocado stamps! So cute!

Fussy cut the images and set them aside.

Next, using a 4.25 x 5.5 inch card base and stamping inks, create an ink blended background using the Starburst Stencil. TIP: To create a tone-on-tone effect, color blend the card base without the stencil. Once completed, position the stencil over the color blended card base and apply the same ink color over the stencil . Remove the stencil to reveal a tone-on-tone background!

To create a layered panel, you will need a coordinating layering die or simply trim two white card stock panels, one panel 4.0 x 2.25 inches, and another 3 x 1.75 inches. Adhere both panels as shown.

Next, adhere the fussy cut images to the smaller white card stock panel. To finish the card, create a stamped sentiment and position it under the stamped images. For this project, I created a white heat embossed sentiment using black card stock and the coordinating sentiments from the Food with Personality Stamp Set. Optional: Add sequin or gems for a finishing touch!

Isn’t this a fun stamp set? We can’t wait to see what you make with it! In the comment sections, tell us…which one of the cute images do you like best? Thanks for stopping by!
